Lola Evans, it emerges, was part of a support group that met regularly in a local village hall. When another troubled young woman, also a member of the group, goes missing, police face a race against time to try to save the next victim. Meanwhile, the pain-shrouded past of another young woman – DC Chloe Lane – is about to catch up with her.

  • "A wonderfully gripping story that makes me excited for book 2!" Breakfast at Shelby's
  • "Excitement on every page... I felt the chills run down my arms. Yes, this is fiction but the reality of the characters both dead and alive were so believable. I highly recommend The Girls in the Water to readers worldwide" Urban Book Reviews
